Refund Policy


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase with us, however, we do understand that in some circumstances you may wish to return your purchased goods. You as our customer, have the right to cancel or return your product within 14 days from receipt. If you are not completely happy with your products that you have purchased, you may return them to us within 14 days of your receipt. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As much as we don’t like it, mistakes happen sometimes, if your order arrives faulty, incorrect or damage, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of your receipt via info@thesolarplus.co.uk or call us on 02031764569. We are responsible for the shipping cost of your returns in the matter of the product being faulty, incorrect or damaged.

Before returning an item. Please email our Customer Service Team via info@thesolarplus.co.uk or call us on 02031764569 to give us the opportunity to provide you some information to diagnose and solve any issues. As in some occasions the issue can be solved without the inconvenience of returning the item.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have been dispatched. In this circumstance, if you wish to return your goods, the postage cost will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept an item returned as faulty if the correct product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is as a result of misuse.


How to return a product?

  • Complete our contact form or email us at info@thesolarplus.co.uk or call us on 02035737312 with providing the full details of your product(s) that you would like to return. We will send you a return identification number. Please make a note of both your order number and your return identification number in case of being asked in the future regarding your return. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase as well.
  • Write your return identification number on the delivery note and tick all the items you want to return. Place the delivery note inside your parcel and carefully package your parcel.
  • Send the product to us. Please make sure you keep the proof of postage in the matter of us not receiving the package. We do not take responsibility for goods that get lost or damaged on the way to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thesolarplus.co.uk or call us on 02031764569.


Please not that we do not process any items that arrive unannounced and returns cannot be accepted without contact first having been made with our Customer Services Team.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
